DT project The Great Fire of London

We had so much fun making our own Tudor house from the time of The Great Fire. We used a large bo and some black paper to create the windows, doors and beams. We also used hay for the thatched roof. Did you know... there are not allowed to be any thatched roofs in London anymore~ a new law was passed after the Great Fire so that it would not happen again!
