How to do Fractions with Mrs Edmands and friends

Hello Y2.

We gave you some fractions to do for your maths recently. Most of what you had to do was included on worksheets but if you watch the video below Mrs Edmands has some friends with her at school to show you how to do number fraction questions. We thought it would be useful to show you how we have been teaching the children to do fractions at school so you know the techniques we use.

It is very similar to how we have taught the children to do division.
