Back in Georgian times …

The children have been really lucky to have looked at a range of REAL Georgian artefacts from the Royal Cresent Museum.

The children had so much fun exploring the costumes, artefacts and different smells from Georgian times- although some of the smells were not very nice!
 

There were lots of things we had never seen before, like a jelly strainer which was used to separate the jelly from the animal bones. Yuck!

We made dance cards and invitations too. It was so much fun to see how some people lived back in the Georgian times!
